1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The Website is an online platform that allows Contractors to offer their services and Clients to browse and engage the services of Contractors. The Company does not provide the services offered by Contractors and is not responsible for the performance of any services contracted through the Website.

2. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

To use the Website, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up-to-date.

3. USER CONDUCT

You agree to not use the Website for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law. 5. NON-COMPETITION

As a Contractor, you agree not to use any proprietary information obtained through this Website for the purpose of circumventing the Company, soliciting or taking away the Clients of the Company, or otherwise competing with the Company within 1 year  of the termination of your use of the Website.

6. PAYMENT

The Website may provide a platform for payment between Clients and Contractors. You agree to comply with any payment terms set forth on the Website.

7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company is not responsible for the quality of the services provided by Contractors, the actions of any users of this Website, or for any content posted by users. The Website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right to terminate your use of the Website at any time and for any reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California

10. CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH

As such, you agree that you are solely responsible for all taxes, withholdings, and other statutory or contractual obligations of any sort, including, but not limited to, workers' compensation insurance.

In particular, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are free from the control and direction of The Forrest Group, LLC in performing your work. You have the autonomy to decide when, where, and how you perform your services, subject to the requirements of the assignments you accept.
2. The services you provide are outside the usual course of business of [Your Company Name]. The Forrest Group, LLC operates as a platform connecting service providers with clients and does not directly engage in the type of work you are performing.
3. You are customarily engaged in an independently established trade, occupation, or business of the same nature as the work performed. You offer your services to the general public and maintain an independent business beyond your use of this platform.
